Services

Autoclean Premium Detailing provides mobile car detailing services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional requirements discussed prior to the appointment.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described. Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price will apply. This fee covers the time, preparation, and scheduling already committed to your booking.

If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, the cancellation fee will be waived if you reschedule to a new date. We're happy to work with you to find a time that suits.

If you fail to be available at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price will apply.

Liability

We take the utmost care with every vehicle. However, Autoclean Premium Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues. Any concerns should be communicated before the service begins. We recommend removing personal valuables from the vehicle prior to your appointment.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Requirements

All services require access to a tap and power point at your property. Ceramic coating services also require a covered area such as a garage or carport, out of direct sunlight and rain. Please ensure these are available before your booking is confirmed.
