Booking a mobile car detailer for the first time can feel a bit uncertain, especially if you're not sure what's actually involved. The good news is it's straightforward, and when it's done right, the results speak for themselves.
How the Booking Process Works
Fill out the form on our website or give us a call. We'll ask a few questions upfront - what's the make and model, what condition is the car in, are there any specific problem areas. This helps us show up prepared with the right products and equipment.
We'll confirm the booking and give you a realistic timeframe for the day. If anything changes, we'll let you know well ahead of time.
What We Need From You
We bring everything with us - water tanks, polishers, vacuums, all our products. You just need to make sure we have access to a tap and a power point. For ceramic coating work we also need a covered area like a garage or carport, out of direct sunlight.
Remove any personal items from inside the vehicle before we arrive. Bags, child seats, sports gear - anything loose should be taken out so we can work efficiently.
Beyond that, you don't need to babysit us. We'll get on with the job and let you know when we're done.
How Long Does It Take?
A paint enhancement with sealant typically takes 3-4 hours. A ceramic coating job takes a full day. The Signature Detail is also a full day. Full paint correction with ceramic can take two days depending on the vehicle and extent of correction needed.
We give you a realistic timeframe when we quote. No surprises on the day.
What Results Should You Expect?
Be realistic, and we'll help you manage expectations honestly. If your car has deep scratches that go through the clear coat, paint correction won't remove them fully. Anyone who promises a completely flawless result on a heavily worn vehicle without seeing it first is overselling.
That said, most cars come out of a quality detail looking significantly better than when they went in. Paint that was dull and swirled will have proper depth and gloss again. Interiors that smelled stale will be fresh. The difference is usually obvious immediately.
We walk you around the car when we're done. That's your chance to have a proper look and raise anything before we pack up.
